The Honda CR 500 was a bike builted for cross and it made the history of this sport alongside her 2-strokes 500cc rivals as the Group-B did it in the rallies. It evolved with the use of an alluminium chassis, in the CR 500 AF, and a lot of riders turned their bike into monster-supermotards...

However it is still available in the United States in the 2012 version from Service Honda, and I heard that you can find it also in Europe from France or Holland resellers or maybe some used-ones from privates.
